STOP and Read!!!All procedures REQUIRE a government/state issued photo ID (passport, drivers license, etc.) providing a birthdate showing you are 18 years of age or older. NO EXCEPTIONS.Please arrive on time for your appointment.It's best to get a good night's sleep and to eat a full meal before your procedure.If you have children, we require that you leave them home during your procedure.Be advised, only one friend can accompany you during a procedure.ART Studio WILL NOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18 (even with parental consent, under age is under age!), no one under the influence of drugs or alcohol or who is pregnant or breast feeding.
